I got here via Tammy's facebook account. I just wanted to say that I wholeheartedly agree with this post. I also find it troubling that our new President took the occasion to roll back the ban on funding abortion abroad (WHY are we doing that in the first place?) that President Bush had enacted. I remember sitting in sermons you preached back in the 1980s regarding the times and thinking "it will be tens of years before we see America sink so low as to incur God's full wrath" and now it seems as though we are on the fast track to oblivion.
